Place very rude saw they close at 10 by 9:30 pm they were cleaning so told my fam we can get desert and leave to not be a bother. Then as we were inside we were first timers so we were looking for a smiling inviting person instead we had someone speak over us and since we didn't order fast enough keeping in mind were first time so the lady maria screamed at another person and said you see no one is next when clearly were the next big fam of 7 that came in. We didn’t see the menu fast enough the lady screamed well theres no one here so then I was trying to be at this point patient and started ordering but then the rolling eyes came in not ones but three times. Then politely asked for churro to be added to side and the worker said “obviously I know since it’s to go” again my patients kicked in until the rolling eyes again thats when I called a person that as of now don’t know if she was a manager or not. Told them for being in google w a playground it was nothing inviting. Maybe the description is there but not the time and the personnel. Worst customer service, i came in for a mangonada and the girl went to the back to go get it i asked for it to be made fresh for me as the mangonada she brought had obviously been seating in the fridge for a while she refused, they where also out of elote and queso which just ruined the whole experience never coming back here!!!! You’re better off going across the street to La super paleteria ❤️

I was excited to bring my kids here because from the outside the place actually looks really cool. Unfortunately, once we got inside it was a completely different story.The play area was in terrible condition and clearly not being maintained. When we went to sit in a booth, the seats were ripped and worn out, which made the whole place feel dirty and neglected.The food was just as disappointing. I ordered an elote that looked gray and very unappetizing, and the chips were stale I decided to throw it away. Overall the place felt poorly maintained.Really disappointing experience and unfortunately we won’t be coming back.

I enjoyed it, everything I got had flavor that brought me back the feeling of being in Mexico en la plaza, recommended going as soon as they open. Agua fresca was good. The corn in a cup was super good, had lots of flavor to it. The tostilocos, with pig skin was my favorite. The place was clean, and very eye catching inside. Yes it might be over priced for some items but they also give you a lot to eat in return .

I would recommend coming and giving it a try. Due to it recently opening you will have to wait in line but the line moves at a good pace. Some of there items are a bit overpriced. For about 11 items it was $66 😬 In my opinion I would just get there ice cream popsicles and their corn. One recommendation I would suggest. They need to work better is on the display of their menu in ref to flavor since it does get over packed you have to many customers at the front doing their order that you can’t see the flavors of their ice cream that’s the only downfall.
